IP Camera on Working on Wi-Fi Connection

Had a client come back to us while ago now, saying the IP camera setup we put on for them has stopped since an update on their WISER2 APP.
The Camera still works if the client connects to the home remotely via mobile network, but does not work if they connect to the homes Wi-Fi whilst at home.
Any thoughts ??
P.S. they have an old iPhone with an old APP on it (Did not get upgraded to the last version) and this works fine on the Homes Wi-Fi.

 

They need to delete the wiser2 app and reinstall it. A few changes in iOS have meant that the updates don’t work and they need to reinstall.

 

It’s also worthy of note that there is a MAJOR update coming for Wiser2 to dump flash and move to (we presume) Java

There was an announcement about 6 weeks ago that it is coming but no ETA.
