    Hi all,

having an issue where I had updated the piced software to 4.5.13. I updated my wiser via browser to allow remote access and after it rebooted it was not available and seemed to have corrupted. I factory reset and then i tried to push my project to it. Can not get past this

I am not trying to do this remotely.

I pulled down and older version of piced and tried but got an tag/xxxxxx.xml missing where xxxxx looks to be the name of my toolkit project. This file is in the projects dir.

I am stuck now as I cannot seem to go forward I have ticked the remote access box

I found my old laptop with an older version of piced and toolkit and was able to upload my project. To me it seems like there is an obvious defect here as why is it trying to get me to authenticate to a new wiser2 on the same network.

Even if I try now retrieve the project same error.

So even tried the remote option.

These are the options I have turned on enable project access.

Seems like a major issue here and I am not going to be able to do any customer wiser updates? Anyone know how one raises a defect against the software?
