Wiser (v1) unusable on IOS 10

Hey all,

Im a Wiser user from around 2009 or so
Unfortunately the latest Apple IOS update has literally broken the Wiser (v1) app and has rendered a lot of buttons and such unusable
A real shame as the system still works quite well.

A question to all the pro's out there:
If I look to update to a Wiser 2, am I going to be needing to upgrade sooner rather than later, or should I be looking at other options for control of my c-bus system? (if any exist) Im concerned I may be coming onto the Wiser2 platform too late in the game

I mainly use my system for light control, gate control, irrigation and pool control

I've just checked my own wiser 1 on iOS 10 and all is working fine .

What version of the app are you using?
Standard or HD?

Im using the standard version as I dont find I can navigate easily on the HD version on a phone handset

 

I take that back!
I just downloaded the HD version and it appears I had a VERY old version that was designed for the iPad

Ill see how this version goes and report back

I tried the app and it appears to work fine on the LAN
However I cannot get connectivity via 3G/4G

The app is setup (config wise) exactly the same as the Wiser v1 app

Does your app work OK externally from the house?
What port are you using to access it?
(Im using a non default port)

yes using wiser hd and using standard ports straight out of box configuration 8080.

wiser 1 ios 10

I was onsite yesterday where a wiser 1 has been rock solid until the ios 10 upgrade.
Dimming worked fine but the on/off button on relay channels didn't, the only way we could switch relay channels was tapping the light bulb icon but not the actual on/off button.
Local and remote access were both fine btw.
Weird..
