Wiser tracking group addresses through betwork bridge

    Hi guys,
    Is there a way to track groups on the far side of NB with the wiser on the near?
    The bridge is set to transmit all applications to adjacent neteork and I can control the groups on the far side however, if yu close the app and reopen, they're displayed as off even though they're on.. TIA

    Which Wiser do you have?

    Are you referring to Smart Phone app, or restarting the actual Wiser here?

    Wiser 2, client using ios app... 4 metworks, 3 are across bridges... If he turns on a group in the app then closes and reopens the app, the group shows as off although its actually still on...

    Do you mean the bridge(s) are set to 'application connect mode' so there is one common set of groups across all networks?
