Wiser Start Up help needed

    We've been overseas for two years and cannot remember how to drive our Wiser! I used to be able to use both the app and online interface to control our CBUS, but now can't remember what to do. For the App - I have the Wiser Lan IP and password, but don't know what to enter for the Wiser WAN IP /URL entry. For the www - I thought I just entered the Wiser Lan IP number and I was in. Can anyone please remind me....
