Is there a problem with the android app when accessing from the WAN
This is a recent problem, possibly after some automated update to the phone.
    Phone displays:
    Unfortunately, Wiser 2 has stopped
    Tried on 2 different phones
LG Flex 2 and Samsung S5 both running Android 6.0.1 and not rooted
I have tried stopping the application and re-installing.

Contacted support and they checked one of the own units and this functioned OK.
Advice was to restart the Wiser and check my Router.
Which I have now done but no improvement .
Wiser App opens and closes very quickly when on the WAN configuration then shows the error.

    Problem solved.
When ssl is ticked (on the setting page) and on a remote network I am unable to access the Wiser from the remote network or even access the setting page. Hence the app only worked from the local network.
Therefore the only way my system works at present is not having SSL enabled.
Is there a setting in Piced or a setting in a router that would cause this behaviour
