Wiser App not connecting

    Hi all,

    Brother In Law just upgraded his Iphone, installed the wiser app and replicated all settings. His Wiser app will not connect on either lan or wan. IPad works, wife phone works, tried my phone and it works. Uninstalled and reinstalled wiser app and the problem is still there. Anyone come across this? Is there some weird setting in Iphone?
