WHC2_5918 Config

    Require help in configuring WHC2_5918 for accessing thru Static IP via Android Mobile with Wiser App for C Bus network in a residential building..

    We have installed WHC2_5918 and are able to access the same thru Android Mobile thru Wiser App via WiFi network from within the building..

    While trying for remote access thru laptop via static ip it gets in to Wiser, but get stuck there showing Adobe Flash Player logo and it is not opening further. Understand this is due to discontinuence of Adobe Flashpalyer.

    Thru Android mobile when we access thru static ip, it shows the message that remote server is not responding and times out. Customer is insisting on remote access thru static ip at least thru Android Mobile,if not laptop and desktop.

    Thats Correct I dont know of a work around yet maybe someone else on here may Know.


    Have you set up a static IP on modem (WAN) and port forwarding also adding to Wiser programing

    Thank you for reply. We have set up Static IP and port forwarding in modem adding to Wiser programme.
