Units on network toolbar disappeared

    Hi my toolbar with ("open unit in classic","edit unit", etc) in network view have disappeared tried reset and "add or remove buttons " but nothing to add. i still have a toolbar in database view.
    even tried upgrading to higher version and its still like it.
    any ideas would be appreciated .
