    Good Morning All

It’s been a while since I have been on. With the UK lockdown I decided to do some tweaking of my system, but I am having issues connecting/locating my project.

I have accessed the system before with no issues, but can’t seem to now. Just wondering if may there is a revised version of toolkit for the newer Windows 10 or maybe some sort of patch.

I was connecting to the network via serial 232 interface unit. I have tried using the old backup version of toolkit on my pc which I was working, with originally but with no joy.

Also tried a fresh toolkit install on a pc and laptop, again no joy. I have updated the drivers also for the serial cable and checked the com port, but still nothing.

    Any advice would be great.

    Many thanks

    Noel

    Hi jboer

Thank you for the prompt response. The toolkit version is 1.15.5 and the USB/serial cable is a FTDI Chipset 1.5 by IO Crest.

I had it all working, but not cannot seem to connect from install directory after a windows install.

    Many thanks

    Noel

That isn’t the latest version of Toolkit, some files leveraged in legacy versions have been moved in Windows so u need to update to latest toolkit
