I have a new Surface Pro 5 laptop running the latest version of windows 11 and toolkit doesn't work properly on this device. When I try to backup or restore a project, there is no save or open window. Once you've selected which project you want to back up, it literally does nothing. Has anyone else experienced this? Level 2 tech support currently don't have any fixes for this. I have totally uninstalled toolkit, PICED and C-Gate several times now. Re-installing each time (with administrator rights) and there is no difference. Any help would be appreciated.
