Toolkit 1.6.0 Released

Hi,

Toolkit 1.6.0 has been released. You can find it at the CIS Downloads page:

If you are upgrading from 1.5.x or already have the latest Java installed you may instead click on "Show alternate download" to download the Partial Installer as this is much smaller.
