twice i have had a problem with 12 ch voltage free relays, when i scanned the job i am doing it listed two relays with the same serial number. they of course didn't have the same numbers but the end result was when i adressed one it automatically adressed the other.when i noticed this i scanned again and this time it picked the correct serial numbers. the second time was yesterday and this time the units had consecutive serial numbers, i scanned and didn't realise it had only displayed one till i went looking for the other one. i tried scan new and had no luck, so i scanned again and this time it found it but it was already had the group adresses of the one i had programmed. hope you have some idea what causes this, regards daveh

Nope, no idea :) But I'll dig around and see what I can find...

If you see it again.. would it be possible to snap off a quick screenshot? (by pressing ALT-PRSCR) and then pasting your clipboard into Word or Paintbrush or something like that?

    Thanks for the report.

Just an idle thought but had you loaded the serial numbers in to Toolkit via a bar code reader? is it possible that the barcode reaqder has mis read the last digit of the number and loaded in a duplicate? Will Tookkit allow this I wonder.
