Tool kit problems

    We have installed Cbus for year & I have never had the following problem before so any assistance would be welcomed.

    Open tool kit- all fine
    Open project- all fine
    Open local network & read project- all fine
    Once project fully downloaded click on a devise in either to program or network section & everything freezes & I have to shut computer down!!
    Now it is only with 1 project.
    I can open another project once frozen & work & amend that whilst the network is still open
    I can go to another job with the same laptop & same sortware & work on any other system no problem!!
    I am an experienced Cbus installer so have tried the sensible things.
    Anyone???
