I have a site where I am monitoring 3 phase power usage and also solar power being generated.
There is the need to store this data for future reference.

The problem arises that when the Wiser is reset the data is lost.
The Wiser does have an SD slot available but I can find no reference material on how this might be used to store such data and possibly other variables.

How are others addressing the issue.

Unfortunately the Wiser is probably not the right tool for the job of actually storing the data (I thought the power meter data was meant to be backed up in the power failure recovery file though even if it is, the resolution is limited the older the data gets).

If you had a Colour CTouch you could use the file related logic functions.

Personally I use the logic engine http functions to upload the solar production data to PVOutput. I think you can do a number of channels for free (not sure how many exactly) but if you want more you can pay for them.
