    Hi,
Currently I have one unit of voltage free relay that is already programmed. Can I possibly check the program that is programmed into the unit from toolkit software ??

Sure you can, assuming you have an existing network or spare pci/cni . First make sure the existing network has sufficient spare current capacity. Then hook it up to the network, start toolkit and scan. There is a chance that the new device may have the same unit number programmed into it as an existing unit which toolkit will detect and prompt you to unravel the network. This just means that toolkit will change the unit number to an unused value. Then just double click on the device in the lower list and it will read its programming and display it for you. Note that any group addresses programmed into the device will be given text names from the current network (the device only has numbers). You can then copy it to the database, change the programming, or reset it to factory default.

Of course if you have a spare pci or cni lying around and the new device has an inbuilt power supply (or you have another power supply), it's much easier to just hook them up as a separate network and then scan that with toolkit (into a new project of course).
