I noticed today while working on a current project in toolkit that I had 600mA supply and I was drawing 661mA...hence toolkit suggested I require another 61mA. But! I have 5 on board power supply's which would equal 1000mA(1A)

So why is toolkit not showing this? The five relays are in the database and network so that proves none are missing. Any thoughts??

You have probably entered the wrong part number. Toolkit can't tell the difference between power supply and non-power supply output units. Non power supply units have a 'P' suffix (yes it's that way around!). You will most likely find 2 of your output units have been entered with a 'P' suffix. Just change the part numbers.
