Not Able to Log in thru app on new iPhone

    My wife got a new iPhone, however she is now no longer able to log into Wiser2 using that phone. It appears to connect to the Wiser but comes back with an incorrect username/password error.

    I have checked and triple checked the user name and password are correct and that all the network settings match my phone which does work. Additionally using a web browser on her phone I can log on using the admin username and password so I am 100% sure its the right password.

    Any thoughts on what might be going wrong here?

    Hi Ashley,

    Had a client with exactly that problem.

    I tried a few things remotely before going onsite. Both new phones started working immediately after I regenerated the SSL Certificate.

    Can't guarantee that was it as I also rebooted prior, but I could get on from my older iPhone and also a browser beforehand.

    Thanks for that info Brad. I did the same (regenerate the certificate) myself and voila both phones now working. Certainly a bit odd but at least it now works.
