Not Able to Log in thru app on new iPhone

    My wife got a new iPhone, however she is now no longer able to log into Wiser2 using that phone. It appears to connect to the Wiser but comes back with an incorrect username/password error.

    I have checked and triple checked the user name and password are correct and that all the network settings match my phone which does work. Additionally using a web browser on her phone I can log on using the admin username and password so I am 100% sure its the right password.

    Any thoughts on what might be going wrong here?
