Network PCi issues

Hello, I am having issues with a project that has a mix of bridged networks and CNI networks on the one project loosing the connection to the Backbone for the bridge network. It seems to be the that the USB PCI looses comms and I need to restart the PC to get the comms back again to the network. (sometimes this restart is 1 a week sometimes several time in one day.
The system is windows 11 base with toolkit 1.18.1
It also runs scheduler 5.7.0
When everything is connected the site runs perfectly.
I have tried new USB lead, new PCI interface.
Any help on what else to look at would be great.

Yes we do it has been working for several years it only in the last couple of months that we seem to have this problem.

 

Was it all of a sudden or did it get worse over time.

 

It has been getting worse over time. used to run for 5 to 6 weeks then happen, then it dropped to weekly now daily

 

That can be a power supply issue, it is the same with the color screens they loose Tx intermittently then it becomes solid, then no c-bus comms at all.
The voltage on c-bus power supplies needs to be around 25-30 volts.
It also needs to be a balanced voltage to ground from the + and - lines (Its only small but needs to match, if its unbalanced it can cause problems)
