Help connecting to the wiser App

Hi all,

Having difficulty connecting to the wiser app.

Setting are
Controller Name - http://green***-Automation.local
Username - admin
Password - *********
IP Address - 192.168.0.***
WAN Address - http://92.51.206.**
Port Number - 80
Enable SSL - tick box checked

is there something I'm doing wrong or something else I need to configure
is the following the WAN Address

Have you set up port forwarding in modem/router also I have found port 80 can give problems. On my wiser I use port 2525 also if you are on 4G/5G wirless home internet not NBN the WAN is not fixed. I was unable to use remote access when I was on 5G home internet with Optus so swapped to NBN with fixed WAN address all good now. I also have the SSL box UNCHECKED

Thanks for the reply, yes port forwarding is working fine as I can get the web interface scada-vis page up on my phone but just don't seem to be able to get the weiser app connecting to my android phone.

 

Try unticking the SSL box
