    Hi Guys,

Just creating a project in Ver 1.6.1 and noticed the following:

When using the Barcode Scanner to create new units (no other units in toolkit) I scan the L5512RVF Relays and do not get an option to use Address 0,1,2 or 3 I only get offered Address 4 and above. I then need to create the unit as Address 4 and then Readdress unit to 0,1,2 or 3.

When in the unit GUI for the 5031NL and in the Blocks tab, you can not type the Group Name in the Group name drop down as it selects the group based on the first letter you select.

Let me know if you need any more information.

    Hi Jesmond,

    Thanks for reporting those.

    1. We haven't been able to reproduce the Address 4 constraint. Couple quick questions:

    a. Could there have been units at 0,1,2,3 which you previously deleted?

    b. Were you attached to a physical network? Was the network open ("Units on Network" view visible) and scanned, with units present at any of those lower addresses?

    2. Group combo type ahead issue logged (#12089), thanks!

    cheers,
    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

    Comments below:

Definitly no previous units, here is what I did:
    1) Opened toolkit
    2) Created a new project called SIMCOCK
    3) Created a new network called Local
    4) Imported 48 Groups into the Lighting Application by cutting and pasting from Excel 2003
    5) Pressed F10
    6) Scanned 1st Relay - got GA4, with no 0,1,2 & 3 in the pull down....

Not connected to any network at all, other than my own Wireless LAN that has no connection to CBUS at all...

Thank for logging the above !!!

    Hi Jes

    Thanks for the report.

There is a new release of Toolkit coming out very very very soon.

A fix for this report **will not** be in that, unless it happened to get fixed at some time by accident.

We'll schedule the defect into a future release though.

They are not defects, nor are they bugs, they are simply "undocumented features" :p
