Group Address Tag Names

Is there any way to retrieve the Group Address Tags when you turn up at a job you haven't been to before and download the programming ?

It happens all the time I go to a job I haven't been to before down load the Programming only to have no tags just plain old group address 1 , 4 , 21 etc

Is there anyway around this?

 

No there is not. The tag name is stored in the PC and the address in the C-Bus equipment. The Toolkit forms a relationship between the address and the tag name, displaying the tag name instead of the address

The exception is if there's a Colour C-Touch on site. The tag database is downloaded to the Colour C-Touch as part of the project transfer.
