Dead Wiser??

    Hello All,

    I was unable to connect to my wiser so i rebooted it as I have done several times, unfortunately that just seemed to make things worse.

    I get the following LED now

    C-bus: off
    MRA:Yellow
    Power: Green
    zigbee:Yellow
    wifi: off

    I have tried a partial reset and a full factory reset several times.

    the full factory reset just leaves me with
    C-bus: off
    MRA: off
    Power: Green
    zigbee:Red
    wifi: off


    I have held the reset button in for 30 seconds.

    I have put the latest wiser2 image on a usb and plugged it but still no joy.

    Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

    Maybe it's the battery? I will look at that tomorrow

    Hi,

    I've signed up in hopes someone can shed some light on this.
    I also seem to have a dead wiser.
    MRA yellow, POWER green, all other lights are off.
    Tried a partial / full reset and only POWER light is green until I reset it where the MRA will be yellow upon boot.
    Can't seem to get a LAN connection (no activity lights with cat cable plugged in), and can't get a display to the TV via the HDMI.
    Have tried changing the battery and no different.

    Is this a dead unit?

    I too have the same problem, has anyone been able to getting it going again?? or any ideas of steps to try beside reset. I can still see the unit in toolkit and was still controlling scenes until factory reset but can no longer be found on the network.
