Installed new Toolkit version after long hiatus from touching the system to add a CNI for Control4 integration. Intermittent issues connecting to the CNI for some reason. Yesterday I was able to re-create my project and get my dimmers, lighting mostly sorted (renamed) in the Toolkit.

Today trying to finish up some additional lighting tagging\naming but now can't connect again. I can ping the CNI at 10.0.0.130. Toolkit seems to see it but can't open project.

    Thoughts?

Try power cycling the CNI and physically disconnecting it for about 10 seconds from C-Bus.
Use the (C-Bus) IP utility to check if the CNI is on the network too. IP utility should have been installed when you installed Toolkit

Also try the find c-bus networks option in toolkit again.
check for correct amount of Network burdens, clocks and voltages. (Back to basics)

I haven't disconnected power to the CNI. (I will today)
I have used the IP Utility and its config is fine and found with correct IP, SN mask and gateway. CNI works fine with my Control4 driver.
I have tried the find cbus option (not using the default interface) and it finds it but wont open my project(s).
Burdens haven't changed but admittedly I haven't touched them in YEARS in my home. There is one physical burden I see plugged into on the cbus ports on a dimmer switch. I *THINK* I checked to ensure my PAC, CNI and PCI do NOT have the "enable burden" checked when I was able to connect via my laptop.

I am going to try and connect from a fresh install on another Windows PC to see if it's a local sw config issue of the toolkit on my laptop.

    Thanks for the replies!

You mention the CNI is working with your Control4 driver.
Can you confirm that you have disconnected Control4 from the CNI before trying to connect with Toolkit?
The CNI can only accept one connection and will not allow Toolkit to connect if Control4 still has a connection
