Cannot access Wiser 2. Login passwords not working.

    I have a Wiser 2 controller (firmware 1.31.463)
    I transferred the project FROM the device to PICED.
    Renamed a few lighting devices.
    Saved the project.
    Transferred the project TO the device.
    And now I cannot login to the device from the IOS app or via Web.

    I have tried Creating different profiles within PICED, saving the project and then uploading the project to the device but I still cannot login.

    I was going to perform a firmware update to 1.33.1 but that requires the password which is not working from PICED either...

    WHAT IS GOING ON?

    Hi,

    I have had the same on 2 wisers this week. I have done 14 upgrades over the past few week with no problems at all. But 2 this will not take the passwords or sends the firmware and comes up with the old flash player web page after the 15min reboot.

    I'm told there was an issue in the previous version of PICED which corrupted the password encoding in some circumstances.

    If this is the case the solution is to ensure you are using the latest PICED and then connect locally to a set a new password. If that fails I'd suggest contacting Customer Care.
