C-BUS Toolkit 1.19 fails to install

    Hi
    I am observing the latest C-BUS toolkit fail to install. I get
    Runtime Error at 102: 3442 Internal error Unknown Constant ""
    I have the install log but don't want to post that here if anyone from Schneider is listening - It has only affected one my machines with it on. the other 2 upgraded from 18.2 with no problem.
