Auto-connect Toolkit to remote cgate

    Toolkit 1.1.5 doesn't appear to have a way of automatically connecting to a remote cgate when it starts - it still insists on starting its own cgate instance.

    Have I missed it, or is this still scheduled for a future release version?

    Still for a future release.. the last release was purely for stability.. no new features.
