    Hello,
I'm and old electrician and following the passing of my old laptop its been around 7 years since I last connected to a project created in 2012 .
I have no back ups and have not needed to log in again until now. Must say C-BUS is durable but comms can be tricky.
It's taken numerous attempts to connect but finally a scan produced project SHED with all 28 units present.
But now I'm getting error messages such as: #13046 Project failed to open may be corrupt or not valid - try Projects/Repare which I have tried without success. When I try to rescan the project it may or may not show up.
I'm unable to download, backup, or repair the project.
I've attached some screenshots of project and errors.
Any assistance would be greatly apprecieated!
    Cheers,
    Steve

Toolkit scans the network over the Cbus comms, if this is faulty or has a bad power supply it can cause you nightmares.

in your diagnostic window tick the check boxes for burden and clock, from your pictures the voltage looks ok, ensure you have a burden enabled

Do you have a copy of the original .xml tag file or are you trying to create one from scratch?
