    Hi all,

having an issue where I had updated the piced software to 4.5.13. I updated my wiser via browser to allow remote access and after it rebooted it was not available and seemed to have corrupted. I factory reset and then i tried to push my project to it. Can not get past this

I am not trying to do this remotely.

I pulled down and older version of piced and tried but got an tag/xxxxxx.xml missing where xxxxx looks to be the name of my toolkit project. This file is in the projects dir.

I am stuck now as I cannot seem to go forward I have ticked the remote access box

I found my old laptop with an older version of piced and toolkit and was able to upload my project. To me it seems like there is an obvious defect here as why is it trying to get me to authenticate to a new wiser2 on the same network.

Even if I try now retrieve the project same error.

So even tried the remote option.

These are the options I have turned on enable project access.

Seems like a major issue here and I am not going to be able to do any customer wiser updates? Anyone know how one raises a defect against the software?

Do you mean version 4.15.3 if so i spent 3 days fixing it my problem was when you try to edit schedules it had a error come up and also would not set ssl security code so I uninstalled 4.15.3 and installed 4.15.2 and all is ok now I did send the error message that came up in PICED to clipsal but not sure if that is monitored by Schneider any more I also uninstalled Toolkit and cgate and reinstalled Toolkit 1.19.0 with cgate. This problem was on all of my 4 PC/Laptops.
In the new software update that Schneider have I have turned off Auto install so I can have control of updates.
I have not had any response from Schneider on the automated error message I sent with my phone number included .

Yes I am running 4.15.3 and have this issue. Luckily I had an old laptop that had an older version that I could use. But honestly it looks like this was not tested you cannot transfer a project on the new release. I might try pull down 4.15.2.

    Thanks Graham,

Downgrading to that version has worked, I burned 8 hours Friday lucky it was not for a customer, the Schneider sire was also not working on Friday so it made it more difficult

Did you have an issue with the Wiser not taking the new fimware. I seem to be having this issue where it’s not taking the new firmware although it says it has….
