Wiser Widget Filter Bug

    The "filter by" drop down lists in the widget manager only works properly if the Locations and Functions are sorted in alphabetical order. If you change the order of the locations and/or functions, the widget filter drop down lists remain in alphabetical order (which is fine), but then they use the numeric list index to lookup the Location and/or Function which are in a different order and so get the wrong one.
