    I installed Wiser several mounths ago. It works OK.
    but once a mounth it gets lost connection with internet.
    I need to reset the unit manually. I open the closet take a ledder and need to plug the soket off. The webmenu of router doesn't have reset option.

    current Firmware Version: is 1.0.28.
    is a new firmware of router available?

    Based on their lack of support, I would not spend any more money on their products. If all installed, then you may not have a choice.

    1. Wiser Home Controller Installation Instructions ->6.3 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) ->Q2: How do I reset the router back to factory defaults?
    2. PICED_4_13_1_45_Setup -> wiser15firmware_1_30_1 in folder Firmware.
    It helped me.

    I've had the same problem but I find that Wiser 1 has a terrific WiFi connection, 50mts from inside the house to the beach one way and to the portico the other way in a house that has shocking absorption of WiFi but this problem persists. It was explained to me that the memory clogs up. Our solution was to put in a digital timer and have the power to the Wiser turn off for one minute at 1:10 AM and on again at 1:11 AM just like we used to do with the 1st Colour Touch. We started doing it weekly but lately I changed it to daily because it depends on how often you access it.

    Wiser 2 has it's drawbacks in that it doesn't have it's own WiFi, if you connect through WiFi and want to change the connection to LAN you have to change it's set connection type first BUT if you a HDMI cable and monitor, keyboard and mouse then you're OK to go.... Wiser 2 though doesn't have the memory problems that Wiser 1 has.
    In a new installation I'd use a 5500NAC instead.
