    Hi guys,

    This has probably been discussed,
My wiser HD app on my iphone stopped working on thursday.
The little green icon in the top right corner is normally green but has been showing a constant red icon.
The c-bus light on the wiser cni is flashing green and red.
I have the wiser setup in LAN and have never configured the 3G.
Ive tried powering it down and powering up.
Ive reset the wiser and started from scratch.
I cant connect to the wiser via tool kit.

Can anyone help or diagnose the issue?
Perhaps the wiser has crapped itself.

Here would be the steps I would do:
    1. Figure out the Wiser's IP address
    a) if it has previous IP
using PICED's wiser transfer utility, do an autosearch for the Wiser
    - if you see it on the list, then you'll see its IP and you can then use this IP to check if it is accessible using the web
    - check if you can ping that IP

    b) if it has been reset to factory default
    - if you've reset to factory defaults, then the Wiser will be at 192.168.2.2
    - so you'll need to change your PC/laptop IP to be 192.168.2.10
    - verify that you can ping the Wiser with ping 192.168.2.2
    - if you can't, then you may not have reset the Wiser to factory defaults
    - verify that the Wiser's Diag LED is not permanently red, if it is, then the Wiser has been damaged
