Wiser Network Config Issues

Hoping someone can assist.

Ive just obtained the Wiser WHC_5918A White control box and im having difficulties setting it up on my network.

As a standalone system straight out of the box it works, when using my Android Phone or IPAD only. However connecting it to a computer / network constantly in transparent mode or unable to connect to wiser.

System set up overview
Home network
Netgear ADSL 2 Modem/ wireless router (Wireless turned off) This is the DHCP server
IP Range 10.100.10.1-249

The it connects to a 24 port l2 switch.
From the switch I have 2 access points all other devices are hard wired and running static IP's

I have downloaded IP config and changed the IP address of the CNI to 10.100.10.246, gateway to 10.100.10.250 (modem) and have tried 10.100.10.245 Wiser controller.

I have then logged into the wiser and change its settings to 10.100.10.245
Disabled DHCP and have tried with both wireless on and off.

From my desktop machine I have access to the WISER on 10.100.10.245 however it can not connect to the CNI, I then open internet explorer and type in 10.100.10.246 (CNI) and it shows the IP address is correct and its waiting for a connection.

So I logged into the WISER setup service - administration - wiser and it shows the wiser is still looking for the CNI at 192.168.2.2.

How do I change this setting.

Is there something I have missed along the way ?

Have you configured it using PICED yet?

In the project file that you create for the Wiser, (in a section later available off the menu as 'Project Details'), there is a Wiser tab where both the CNI and IP address needs setting as well as other necessary config items. Read 'Pearls of Wisdom' for some of the other items that need configuring.
