Wiser getting hang does not respond after static ip configuration.

    Greetings to all....!!!!

    I am having issue with wiser 1 at few sites I have configured wiser in static IP.
    when i configure wiser in static IP it works for some time and then it does not work it gets hang. i have to reset it then again same story.

    Need your help to solve this issue..

    There was some talk on this forum about people having problems with selecting certain ip address ranges on Wiser 1.
    From memory 10.x.x.x
    I couldn't find the posts easily but if you type your ip range into the forum search you may get lucky.
    I don't know if that is your problem but it might be good to rule it out.

    i have updated its firmware with latest one nw i am not able to connect to wiser using internet.

    i have forwarded its port with router...bt there is no issue with port forwarding...

    Can you suggest next plan of action..???
