Wiser CNI - Unable to scan the network and res cross on C-Bus

    Hi All,

    I am facing an issue in one of installation.

    I am having 80 devices in one network,including C-Touch panel and Wiser.

    I did the programming for all devices and touch panel ,all are working properly

    Now the issue is

    The moment I connect the wiser .I am unable to scan the network from PCI or CNI of Wiser.

    I am getting " Project Null, 0 Devices found".

    In web browser i am getting C-Bus with red cross .


    If I remove wiser from the network , i am able to scan the network.


    Wiser IP address are factory defaults.
    PICED version is 4.10.1.


    Please suggest.
