Wiser 2 via BT Hub5

    Hi
    I have an issue connecting to a wiser2 via a BT Hub5 fromm the wiser app on an iPhone 7
    Its fine via the LAN but on the WAN since I changed to a wiser 2 it will not connect, going round in circles, has anyone got any guidance please
