WISER 2 Reset Problems

    I have just full factory reset my Wiser2 to trial in a clients home and I got this from my modem/router (the WISER2 is the Android device)

    Is the WISER2 using a 5500CN?

    FIXED - I redid the full factory reset with the LAN plugged in and this time it picked up the IP Address.:D
