Wiser 2 Remote Login on Apple

    Hi,

    I've a client with a Wiser 2 installed. The App works when on his Wifi network on Apple or Android however away from his Wifi it will work if you are logged onto someone else Wifi Network on both Apple and Android but if you switch to 3G or 4G it still works on Android but won't connect on an iPhone.

    Any ideas what could cause this?

    Hi mike I’m brand new here but that sounds like possibly he doesn’t have “mobile data” turned on for the app on his iPhone. Go into settings and then check that mobile data is turned on against the app.

    Thanks for the reply but unfortunately I checked this and mobile data was already on

    Do any of the mobile network operators have firewalls or middleware boxes that might be blocking something? I've never had a problem on Telstra but for all I know other providers could be different.

    Are you using SSL?
