Wiser 11 - remote Diagnostic utility

    I have a problem site and want to set up remote access to Diagnostic Utility.

    Looking at the price of a CNI (over £1,000 in the UK) I'm wondering if its possible to use the Wiser 11 for this activity?

    The Wiser 2 would do this, it basically has 2 connections to the C-Bus Network, one for the Wiser events and another for connection to the network using Toolkit or Diagnostic utility. You just need to make sure you set up port forwarding in you Route.
