    Step 1: Form the plug adaptor and gateway into a network:

    Put the plug adaptor into Learn, by pressing the two buttons and holding them until the load turns off, and the indicators on the buttons are flashing.

    Put the gateway into Learn by pressing the button on the bottom of it. An indicator at the front will flash slowly.

    Go back to the Plug Adaptor. Press and hold one of the buttons, and while still holding it, double click the other button.

    You should get a rapid blinking on the indicator on the Plug Adaptor and the Gateway - lasting about 3 seconds.

    Step 2: EITHER (a) Assign a Group Address to the Plug Adaptor buttons, or (b) use Toolkit to browse the wireless network and set it up how you want.

    For Step 2(a):

    . Put the Plug Adaptor into Learn.
    . When in Learn (indicators flashing alternating between the two buttons), press either button. The load will turn on.
    . Exit Learn by pressing and holding both buttons.

    . This will use Learn to assign a Group Address to the Plug Adaptor buttons and Load. You will not know what that Group Address is unless you browse with Toolkit. If there are no other things on the wireless network, the Group Address allocated will almost certainly be 1.

    Alternative, for Step 2(b):

    . Use Toolkit, and scan your wired network. You should see a unit called GATEWLSN (Gateway to Wireless, Near Side).

    . Select this unit, and click the button "Make Network". This will create a new network in your project, and open it.

    . Using the treeview on the left, select the new wireless network. Click the small "+" to the left of the name to open it up. Inside you should see "Units". Click on this.

    . When you have the wireless networks view, click the "Scan" button to scan the wireless network. You will see your wireless Plug Adfaptor. Transfer this to your database. Then in the database view, you can double click to open the unit, make any changes you want to group assignments, and save. You should get the option to save only changes - use this, its faster.

    Wirleless issues

    Ashleigh,
    Yep got that far however as the Wirless Plug is in another Newtork (wirelss Network). Under tree view the Group I created called "Lamp", Is not availiable in wired network. When I try and select a key switch on the NEO and assign the group "Lamp" it does not exist.

    How do I access the group in the other network?

    Thanks

    Make 2 groups, 1 in each network.

    Make sure they have the same numerical group address number.

    Make sure the gateway (as seen on the wired network) has the Connect Applications option checked.

    Then make sure the gateway (as seen on the wireless networ) also has the Connect Applications option checked.

    That should put you in business.
