The software will work in general though some unit dialogs (specifically eDLT) won't display correctly. We're working on that.

G'day, when you say dialogs, is the software still usable?

We have a CBUS job involving a dimmer, relay, and touchscreen tomorrow, and Windows 10 just finished installing.... How broken? ie, can't access them at all, or only minor graphical glitches..

    Thanks,
    Andy

If in doubt, install VMWare player and install Win7 and toolkit

The only issue we're aware of to date is with the eDLT unit dialog where at the default 125% resolution of Windows 10 the layout is distorted and some controls may be partially or wholly obscured. This can perhaps be mitigated by adjusting the resolution percentage in Windows 10. But I believe the main TK interface and the majority of unit dialogs including those you describe should be fine.

Thanks, turned out my Windows 10 required a clean install anyway (it kept crashing). So I rolled back (seems it is easy to downgrade in Windows 10).. Noticed the new version supports Windows 10 anyway now, so should be ok.

    Windows 10 and CNI

I am a long time stalker of the forums and have toyed with CBus but never to any level of skills.

I am just trying to help my kids set up their place and pulled out my trusty CNI and my windows 10 laptop and I got nothing.

Scanned my network with an app and still nothing.

The lights are on but noone is home...

Any thoughts, or someone up north want a cashie?
