Windows 10 update BAD

    I allowed the latest win 10 update and got Toolkit errors on conections to eDLTs and Pir's but not relays, it may be a problem for other devices,
    it was resolved by rolling back the update
    I did update toolkit and c-gate first but no success untill the revert to the previous win 10

    C-Bus Toolkit 1.15.1 has been released to fix the Windows 10 Creator's Update issue.
