Why fixed time schedules are being shifted after daylight saving kicks in ?

    I got a Wiser2 setup, NTP is set and checking application logs confirms system has the correct time and daylight saving offset is set to +1 hour , it's all good so far , but the fixed timed schedules that I have setup in PICED also get shifted and I can confirm they are set as fixed times , does anyone know why those are also getting shifted +1 hour ?
