When a PAC turns on does it get the time before logic starts.

    When a PAC turns on (no battery backup).

    Does it get its time sorted out BEFORE the logic and schedules run ??

    or would the logic run a few times with incorrect clock.

    The clock is initialised and started several seconds before the logic starts.
