Whats wrong with Wiser

    Does anyone know if the new firmware for wiser released on the 6th has stopped the Iphone app from working again. just updated and cant get to it via Iphone/Ipad yet works fine on the PC. WTF:confused:

    You are correct, the new firmware is incompatible with the older iPhone app.

    There is supposed to be an updated iPhone app on App store. It looks like that hasn't made it out yet. My apologies for the failure in synchronization between teams. I have contacted the people in charge.

    This 'new version of the app' wouldn't support a certain larger iPhone would it? ;)

    No, it's just compatability with the new Wiser firmware in the latest PICED release....... :(

    Any estimates on this release?? I'm setting up a job tomorrow with a Wiser. Expected the Wiser to be in by the end of the week.

    Is the app the same for the iPad or is the a dedicated app for it? Is that what was ment by the larger iPhone question? Otherwise, will it be released the same time as the iPhone app?

    The updated iPhone/iTouch app was submitted to Apple last week, it is waiting for Apple's approval. We're not sure exactly when it will come out. Typically, it would be a couple of days so hopefully it'll be out anyday now but there's no guarantee of that. The app is the same as the previous one, no new features were added, just fixes and compatibility with new PICED.

    Is the new version out? I just updated to 1.3.0, it says it was updated 15 June 2012 in the app store.
