I would like to connect Amazon Alexa to my C-Bus system for voice control capability. I have a Wiser currently providing tablet control of my C-Bus system. I am a self installer.

I see that something called Smart Voice will connect to C-Bus and Alexa, but there is limited info available.

Also, Push Controls (now owned by Clipsal) will connect to C-Bus and Alexa.

What are the minimum hardware requirements I would need to provide an interface to C-Bus through something like Push Control or Smart Voice?

    Any help would be appreciated

    thanks

There are many gateways to the outside world coming up in special interest groups. This CBUS group has some very strong programmers in it, even though they claim to be doing it as a hobby.

My suggestion would be to look at a Raspberry Pi version of the gateway you would like to use and then marry that with CGATE from Clipsal.
