I came across the following statement on a website:

"Before C-Bus Touch Screens become functional units, they have to be programmed by a C-Bus PointOne accredited integration professional or approved C-Bus installer with the appropriate accreditation, using the Windows compatible C-Bus "PICED" configuration software. The manufacturers warranty may be void if this is not complied with."

The above has probably been discussed before but can someone comment on the validity of this statement (Clipsal rep or otherwise).

    Thanks, cc&c.

    Phooey.

PICED can be used by anybody to commission the screen. It is a free download available to anybody capable of reading a web page and clicking a download button.
