Volume Problems

Hi Guys

I see there were posts on the forum with previous guys, but no answers.

I've got 2 Clients that say that their volume comes on at max level somtimes.

One Client Setup: I've got 4 Zones. All been Programed into Scenes and Schedules. for example, all audio will come on in the morning at 6:00 and a volume level of 30%. Now this works but the problem is on morning 3 zones will come on at 30% and 1 zone will come on at 80%. the next morning it all could be fine again and the next time another zone will come on at 80%.

This is random and I can not pin point to the problem,

The other problem is when one of my clients switch on their zone from the dlt. Most of the times it comes on at 40% but also randomly it will switch to a higher level.

Any ideas
