Hi I just got a new computer running vista home premium.

but i can't seem to make my USB to serial adaptor work or talk to toolkit.

It tells me there is something wrong with the driver.

I have a belkin N10117 , it worked fine with xp, so does any body know how i can make it work.

    thanks.

Belkin has no product by that number N10117, the number you have quoted is the C-Tick Approval Number.

Find the correct product code and try looking at Belkin's site for a updated driver, if this is not a current Belkin product they may not have drivers for it.

Most cases its easier to go get an new adaptor that Vista supports.
