Using a script to generate a UI

    I have attached link to a video of a script that I am working on that generates a UI for the Wiser SHAC/NAC/AC2 etc , using just the groups you have uploaded and keywords added to the groups.

    I have been working on my UI Generation script, originally keywords needed to be added to the uploaded groups, to assign categories, icons etc. The new script use some logic to decide what category an object is in and what function and icon to assign. Eg Kitchen Down light is put in the room Kitchen, the category lights , given a dimming function, and assigned a downlight icon. I have uploaded a couple of videos, one showing the process of creating an interface, the other showing several interfaces the script has created based on the size and orientation of the screen.

    If you want anyone to test drive it, I’m in the process of replacing my C-Bus Touch Screen for a 5500AC2.

    Hopefully very soon I will be looking for testers.

    I have just posted up a short video , updating what I have been doing on the UI script , and also updates that I have made to the CTC Spacelogic app
